anyone know of a site with some info on installin this in a wrx. this is my first subaru and i want to install the alarm myself. I did some searching but didnt find anything on the forums, so time to post

 

i got it installed professionally from a compustar dealer- its the only way to get the lifetime warranty. it took them 7 hours. i wonder how long it would take you...

 

especially this is is his/her first sube...

i was reading the install manual and i figured, better find someone who i can sue if they screw something up...

 

I also got mine professionally installed... best $650 I ever spent. It took my guy 8hrs to do his car, mine was the second he ever did and it went smoother. I bet it would have taken me plenty more than that. I have the install manual if you want tho.

 

I'm an installer and don't recomend playing with the electronics unless u have a good idea whats goin on. You might save a few bucks puttin it in yourself, but think how much it will cost if u **** something up.
