Clifford Expert needed !!
Hi All,
I can't seem to put my alarm into program mode
I put in valet code
I hold to momentary side and light goes off and no chirp. But tap momentary side and chirp after each tap after 3 taps...which I can use to switch of auto arming etc set valet code etc just can't seem to get it to enter program mode.
Anybody any ideas or an old c50 brain kickin around ? my fob has stopped working now and I can't program a replacement

You're car has to be out of valet mode before entering programming mode. It seems you are trying to enter a new remote so follow these steps. TUrn on ignition and enter on your keypad for valet, star star blank, then hold star. you will hear 1 chirp. then press blank once, then start once. then press the channel 1 button on your remote control, and you're programed. turn off ignition and test.
......but it was 10 momentary presses to put in programming mode..
