box for a jl 8w7
It seems too big. I want something that isn't going to take up all of my trunk space. How much room did you have in your trunk after installing this? If I can still fit my golf clubs in the trunk with this enclosure, I'm sold. The Prowedge boxes just seem so much smaller. Also, what amp did you use for your 8w7?
Nevermind, it actually looks like it might fit better than I originally thought. On the JL website, the driver that they say to use with it is the 8w7-3. Is this different than the 8w7?

With the JL box you can definitely fit golf clubs and a lot more. I used the JL 250/1 amp and that thing slammed, cleanly too. Your 8w7 is the same as the 8w7-3. The "3" just means the impedence in ohms, sorry for the late reply. You won't be dissappointed with that set-up.
Sub-zone enclosure are about as absolutely top of the line as you can buy, they are built to PERFECTION. However they come at a price that reflects this check them out here. http://www.acoustic-visions.com/~aco...ers/car_audio/
