this is a picture of macau
famous gambling island about 1 hour from hk
most recent addition is the sands hotel, owned and operated by a group from vegas
wynn is also building a resort there as well
what's interesting about macau aside from the gambling, is that it was previously occupied by the portuguese, so the architecture seems very european, despite that it's part of china.

We'll see. I work for one of the biggest slot manufacturers in the world, and they are fairly interested in Macau. Esp. with Sands and Steve Wynn coming in. It all depends on how the market responds to slots versus table games. I'm certainly interested to see what happens in Macau.
