I know you all probably get this a lot, but how much money does it take for you WRX dudes to run mid 13s? Also about where do you start? I have always been interested. Never been able to find out.

 

Where are you located at? It depends on where you are at and your WRX.Some WRX's are faster than others from the factory.
Some guys are running in the 13's with a k&n panel filter and a mbc. For others it takes a bit more.
The best place to start is the exhaust. Get rid of the restrictive factory exhaust and replace it with a good after market turbo back system. The uppipe would be next along with a k&n filter. Followed by a mbc, and samco hoses. I have $650 in parts on my car and I'm running 14 flat. Cheapest fastest mod is nitrous. For $500 with a 50 shot a WRx will run mid 12's.
