I will be moving to Tennessee early next year. I'm trying to find out things like tint laws, modifications that aren't allowed like loud exhausts, etc. I'm coming from Hawaii where dark tint is allowed on cars and we only have visual emissions check. Any info will help especially about registering and inspection. Thanks!

I just came from TN. No worries on mods there. They are pretty lenient on it. I had a 94 del sol that was dropped, turboed and tinted and never got as much as even followed by thp or and city police. Where are you moving to?
