Upcoming Track Events

Speed Ventures has two big track day weekends coming up. On September 20 and 21 they're
running the Full Competition Course at Auto Club Speedway in Fontana (formerly Cal
Speedway). This is the "Roval" track layout with Turn 1 and Turn 2 of the Super Speedway
banked and linked to the Infield Road Course. It's a split morning and afternoon
schedule so you can drive in the morning and still have your afternoon at the beach or
sleep late and drive the afternoon sessions, or both.

On Saturday the 20th at Auto Club Speedway, there's a designated low car-count run group
for high value vehicles (Ferrari, Lambo, other Supercars, etc.). Half as many cars on
track, strict passing rules but with a max of 17 cars in the group, tons of wide-open
track.

The weekend after that there's a 3-day at Buttonwillow (Fri/Sat/Sun Sept. 26-28) with a
different course configuration on Saturday (the high-speed 18a configuration). For the
Buttonwillow event, Aaron is still offering group discounts to drivers who can bring in
at least 5 registrations.

Both of these events are selling well and some run groups are likely to sell out soon.

did you guys need instructors for the buttonwillow event? my friends all signed up for sunday, and i can help on that day and/or saturday as well
