Hey all.

Who is going to auto-x at Monster next weekend?

I am planning to go June 3rd. I know that June 2nd is auto-x school... and yeah.

Maybe we can all make plans to bring stuff. I dunno... canopy, ice cooler, food, etc.

You know what would be cool... is if we stickied a thread of upcoming auto-x, track, and rally-x events. That'd be convenient.

 

I'll be there. I'm signed up for the school in my SE-R.

Auto-X school is full, but as for the event for Sunday.

$45 for non-members
$35 for members

Saturday and Sunday for me..I'll be happy to sponsor someone and give a few ride-alongs on Sunday..

I'll be doing the school, hopefully karlton will be my instructor, he's awesomely fast. Don't know if i'll be doing the autox on sunday though, i'll be coming from davis..unless i can find an excuse to leave the house @ 7 in the morning to my parents. they don't condone autoxing.

 

Aside from joining SCCA and registering for the particular date that I want to participate in AutoXing, what else do I need to purchase/get/borrow in order for me to participate in an AutoXing event?

ur good to go... just bring a humble attitude .. your license.. and maybe some sunblock!

but make sure clean out your car .. nothing leaking...

and scca events (autox) are day of registration so no pre reg

 

Probably bring lots of fluids. It is hot out there. Don't want to dehydrate yourself. Also maybe one of those camping chairs and a camera.
