We should all park together or something. Anyways... we should set something up so each of us can bring something different. I was thinking each of us can bring different items.

Maybe someone brings a canopy, chairs, water, ice cooler, etc. Probably going to be cooking out there.

I can bring an ice cooler with ice and a deck of cards. Maybe someone can bring some bottled water and/or a canopy?

go extra early, there's only so many guest spots. All you need to do is get yourself a guest slip, if you do, your guest has a spot. Have him fill it out and put his info down, and your member number, and thats it.

u can only bring one guest...

but if u plan on bringing more you can ask other members to help u out by sponsering them... just make sure u have them work because the sponsers will get in trouble if your buddies decide to just leave right after

if u get there realy early u should be fine

I remember joltdudeuc saying that even though there is a 10 guest per event rule, they don't really enforce it.

even so, if you don't get a slip i don't thikn you can do it. when i sponsored benny, he said grab a slip and you got it, and it was the last one...

but then we signed up late since the event was running behind schedule and told the 3rd run group guys to register during 2nd run gorup.

They rarely enforce the limit.

What I mean is..

Even though they don't enforce this limit, when Benny and I went, we had the feeling they did.

I was told to register when the second run group was out running, but good thing we stopped by the registration desk to ask about the guest thing. You need to acquire a slip, or else you don't get the spot. Benny grab the last one and acquired a spot, because if he had not, then he probably wouldn't get to register.

ok kevin? is that better for you? not that hard to decipher..
