not all of the bodies have rules (F1 does) and if there isnt a rule against it, its leagal

Power House Amuse were out testing some new front aero canards at Tsukuba. Unfortunately they were unable to break the 1 minute barrier with the canards attached. After removing the canards however they were finally able to set a lap time of 59.916 seconds making this R35 GT-R second only to Mine’s around Tsukuba.
