The looter. Although the welded on plate with the hole in the middle inside the exhaust pipe clearly gives an additional 10HP, the sounds will alert the police in Oaktown or other rival gang members the heads up if he is driving on to their turf so either of them can shoot him up before he gets to the driveby destination...

The looter with stealth and cunning like a ninja, will sweep into the house and steal all of your beer before you can say Bud...
