Wheres the Snow in so cal
Hi I'll be going down to L.A. and I want to take my son to play in some snow but is there any still over there. If so can you please post the locations and off what freeway. Thanks Miguel

you can make it to MT high in 1 1/2 hours...but only snow is on the slopes
take 210 east
15 north
138 west (I believe)
follow the signs to wrightwood/mtn high.
I could be wrong, but their website is www.mthigh.com
you're better off going to big bear though, they have tabogan slopes for the kids and they blow snow every morning on them.
visit www.bearmtn.com for directions, its real easy to get there but will take you at least 2-2.5 hours (depending on what time you leave) after 8am, forget it. I leave my house at 5:45am and get there at 7:45am I only ride till 1pm though cause traffic is as bad coming down the hill as it is going up.

it snowed last saturday in big bear...just an inch, but it was still fun cruisin around cause it snowed 4-6" a few days before. only thing that sucked was our heater was broken in the condo
Its always a blast driving up and down the hill though.
