where can i get my car to pass smog for alittle extra money? anywhere around the oc? pm me if u kno of any

my mods are turbo back setup and i got headers and uppipe and casue it doesnt have any cats i kno for a fact it wont pass... so does anyone kno were i can get it to pass at??

 

why do you need to smog your car? if the car was purchased in 02 you have like 6 or 7 years

if so pay the fine you won't need to go to a ref. If I can get away with it, i think anybody can.
