Land
Zoning permits
Building permits
Insurance
Lawyers
If in a populated area...probably some form of consent of the residents

Just to mention a few besides what Kym already mentioned

If I ever win the lottery this is one of the first things I would do. Buy a bunch of land and build a huge garage and a track for my friends and I. Good luck dude. 07 i-club meet at your house?

um, theres 218 acres for sale near here. Sure, you'd have to compete with Laguna Seca and its in an extremely hilly area....but you could make it work

I'll even test out the track for ya
