i have been thinking about this alot lately. and i was just wonder what it would take.

Zoning permits
Building permits
Insurance
Lawyers
If in a populated area...probably some form of consent of the residents

I think I like where this is going.....

um, theres 218 acres for sale near here. Sure, you'd have to compete with Laguna Seca and its in an extremely hilly area....but you could make it work

nevermind, 218 acres is only 0.340625 square miles

 

permits.... shouldn't that much of a problem as long as you know to mitigate the issues.
