i use royal purple 5w-30 for engine oil and royal purple 75w-90 for the tranny and diff. also noticed that the tranny shifted a lot smoother.
I've always been a fan of Motul fluids and have never had any complaints. I hear stuff of Motul causing issues with the Brembo brakes but I have got nothing but good results.

I looked in my manual and it doesn't really say now much gear oil to put in the rear dif., it just says to fill until it's just below the higher bolt. I think I have 3-4 quarts un-opened, will that be enough?
I'd be willling to do it, sounds good... let's talk chief why not

you can switch but it takes a while to clear out the oil in the slush box. Juance I was using redline (Heavy teh red stuff), then went to regular, went through about a case to clear out my shiet.
Don't blame me if your tranny blows

so i can do it but its not a good idea then?
Is it bad to go from Mobile 1 synthetic to Red Line syntehtic? BTW Life, can I pick up my rear brakes from you? Those ****'s at Discount Tire Center were complaining about how low my rear brakes are again.
