problem is the cost at willow. its gonna cost like $5k for everything. i'm trying to get the go ahead, but it's gonna be tough unless we get a lot of involvement from car clubs. we might have to re-schedule at willow if we can't get enough people.

we don't want it to be too big we were thinking 15-20 subaru and 15-20 mitsubishi's

 

willow springs or button willow?

 

well we've got the thing scheduled at button willow. but i'm thinking willow springs might get a better turn out. i was on the phone with them yesterday and they have a few thursdays available in march. Do you think we could get 15-20 subies signed up then for around $75 a person? We're not looking to make any money on this thing, we'd just like to cover expenses. Also, there's a good chance that MSN will feature this on their MSN Auto's page, as we have been working with them on a few shoots.
