What's that sticker you guys put on your cars

I recently went down to so cal to visit some friends and I saw about 2-3 times this sticker wit yellow/green shaped kinda like a heart. Whats that mean? My friend told me its some Japanese precationary sticker for beggining drivers or something. Is that a trend now or just something that "ricers" are doing. I've yet to see anyone in the Bay Area with that sticker. Is it something thats gonna spread and get big or jus die out? Also, is it mostly honda's and acuras with it, or has anyone seen em on WRX's as well? The reason I am asking is b/c i actually got one as a gift (haha) and iuno whether to put it on or not cuz i dont want to look stupid up here in nor cal with it on. Haha any input would help. Thanks

Delani

correct-o! the elderly were not too happy about that one... it's not law to put on the elderly driver one, but new drivers are required to put up the green/yellow one.

i believe the green/yellow symbolizes a new leaf while the yellow orange symbolizes one that has changed colors.

don't remind me....I'm getting transferred back to Japan this summer.

The green/yellow stickered drivers get out of jail free basically.
If you are at a stop light and get rear ended by a driver with the "Under 0ne year driver" sticker, it basically comes out to 100% your fault.

As you are the experienced driver...you should have gotten out of the way. I kid you not. I lived there previously for 10 years, and had a few friends go through this BS.

"Ricers" use these stickers becuase they think they are cool. Truth is, alot of drifters that just start out...are under one year drivers and had these on their cars because of that, not because it was cool.....
