i suggested the tokyo lobby plaza on azusa (i think there is a boba place there). someone else mentioned the puente hills mall parking lot.

99 ranch market on azusa and colima.. same parking lot as tokyo lobby..
there is a tea station there..
plenty of parking..

parking lot next to starbucks on hawthorne in torrance? nobody parks there... but its dark a lot of people live near walnut and i don't know what the torrance police are like...
