Tein hiring

i apply for the tein operation staff position but havn't heard any word back from them.. anyone know some ppl from tein that can put in a good word for me??

i know they hire for different position before.. the operational staff was just posted couple weeks ago..

Bingo. I always call 2 days after an interview to follow up. It shows the company that you're proactive.

when i used to hire people... i used to give the job to the first person who called me back... it shows they really wanted the job and are proactive...

Well, I've never had a management position or ever hired anybody, but it seems as though the American corporate world is now seeking younger "thinkers" with a proactive attitude.

Then again, Tein is a Japanese company, and cultural ideals are always to be taken into consideration... maybe quiet, subservient employees are their ideal.
