Well until Ed makes sense of why you can't jump on the multi-player right away, I'm going to say you need game experience in single player for the moment.

After I talked to Lawson I couldn't accept the invites, I played a little bit more of the single player, then bam was able to get into multi-player and began inviting anyone.

 

driving sucks..... every car friggin has mad body roll, and brakes feel like friggin fred flinstone breaks.. lol...
