yeah cod4 is much better..im playin rainbow 2 now and it seems weaker too me than the first one.....IGN wasn't to pleased with it either, and they gave it an ok rating

 

does anybody kno when those new maps for cod4 are coming out? do you have to pay for the map pack?

 

hopefully they'll add the new maps during a COD4 game update or something. I cant wait till they come out...

basically its when the game tries to accommodate for low bandwidth by only sending the data that changes (such as someone firing a gun), instead of all the data in the game as a whole (which is why everything appears to be running smoothly yet the game is actually lagging), which means that no ones playing the same game, and everyone's out of sync with each other, in other words desyncronisation, or desync

basically you'll notice it in game when you open fire on an enemy, only for them to kill you, even though you know the other person should already be dead, the problem is on their version of the game they've already killed you before you had a chance to fight back

 

yes playing the same 8 maps kinda sucks
