I already hopped back on the smoke free wagon... It's really sad watching someone you care about whither away. I fell off the wagon and started smoking again... However, after having to spend more time in the hospital with my gramps, It has been a big slap in the face to wake up again.. I know its super hard to quit, and relapses are a b1tch... But it is possible, and there ARE rewards for quitting.. Hope you everyjuan will one day decide to quit...

Mike, I don't know how much will power you have, if you have tons, then I'd say go cold turkey. Otherwise, maybe limit yourself to 1 a day, and always keep a pack of gum on you... Just a thought...
