good luck.... FYI: I heard from my doctor that if you get Xiban, it's suppose to help you quit.. Xiban was originally made as and anti-depressant. They later found it really sucked at being what it was designed for. However, smokers that were on xiban stopped smoking. Now it's prescribed these days as a quitting aid as opposed to keeping you from taking the express route (via 5th floor window) out of your apartment... All my doctor told me was, it's reletively safe. With the exception of having a slight feeling of "euphoria" due to the fact that it WAS originally designed to treat depression... The way I see it... Hey, you feel good, and you gradually quit smoking... Couldn't hurt... Just haven't gotten around to asking my doctor for a prescription. That, and the fact of me popping pills to stop smoking just doesn't sit well with me.... My $0.025 ....

Didn't make me quit when I was on it, but that's probably because I wasn't trying to.

yeah man. juan of them is my mom. she smoked for over 40 years (started when she was a teen). she'll be celebrating her 6th year as a non-smoker in feb. i take her out for sushi every "smoke-free" anniversary.
