Shop to remove broken wheel lock?

Dam shop that put on my new tires a few months back over torqued my lug nuts like crazy. Just tried to remove one of the rear wheels to do some work on the rear suspension and the wheel lock key broke and it also busted up the wheel lock itself. Anyone know of a shop around the Rosemead or Monterey Park area that can remove a broken wheel lock? And how much would it cost? If nothing in these areas, I'll just head over to Puente Hills Subaru to have it done. Anyone know how much the dealership would charge for the service?

Thanks in advance ppls!

Most tire shops can do this. America's tire does it $20 per lock
