San Diego Garage

Hey all,
I was just curious if anyone knows of a good place in the San Diego area to get some suspention work done on a WRX. What are the alternatives to SXPi?

I've had good experiences with East County Alignment in Santee. You also might want to check out ARD in Chula Vista or National City. I really haven't had any major suspension work done anywhere though.

Why not your garage. Doing it yourself saves money you can spend on better parts!!

Suspension is pretty easy to play with.

Where you at? I could drive your car into the hobby place in the miramar marine base and we could use their lift. Thats where I did my springs. I am available anytime after the 14th of june.

what's wrong with sxpi?

I notice you requested "other then Sxpi" what's your horror story? just curious. I'm also looking to do work on my car, but I'm a hapless push button fan. I haven't done any of my own mods and it's begining to **** me off. I'm a grown man. I should be able to do something.

I'm going to buy the blitz ram air intake and replace my aem cold air with it. that should be easy enough. Is there anyone around in the san diego area? ( I live up near Convoy and Murphy Canyon) I'm also interested in a track day. Anyone able to point me in the right direction? I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

Anyone here want to help me install my catback here in a week or two?
I don't have a lift or crap like that either.
I could probably use all the help I can get.

We can use the lift inside the miramar marine base. Its $3 an hour with air tools and any tool you need. I'm going to be back in SD from school on the 13th and will be available on the 15th and anytime that week we could go there. I have done springs, ss breaklines, up-pipe, intercooler hoses, downpipe, and catback. PM me to set up a date to go.

I can do most if not all of everything that people have asked. I live in Chula Vista and have all the tools needed for suspension, exhaust, and other toys you may need installed.

Sweet 2 people that can help!
Well I am still waiting on my scoobysport center mid pipe to come in, but I have hangers and everything else needed for the install. Just need the helping hands and know how.
