How can we find out if the lake bed is closed? Will it be posted here?

Ok guys, sad to say it, but the lake bed will be closed and the meet is officially postponed...

To be re-scheduled in the next couple of weeks.

Still Closed!

I just got back from El Mirage, and the lake bed is still closed. By the time it dries up enough, it will be real hot.

Here are some shots of me in my Explorer back in the day playing in the silt out at el mirage.... Too much fun, except when I hit the AC I made a mini dust storm inside my car...
