When his engine blew and he got it warrantied. While they were removing his engine, the cherry picker slipped and the engine crashed into his windshield.

They never told Carlito that they broke the windshield.

Point of clarification, the idiots cracked the windshield with the airhose by letting it go onto the reel (ceiling mounted) with the gun attached and it swung into my windshield. They just gave me back the car and didnt mention it. Then i noticed there was genuinine "audi" glass on my car when i had an aftermarket windshield before hand.

when i asked him what happened he told me, then after i asked "when i called you two weeks ago when i had gotten my car you knew of this then. Why did you not tell me?." his response : "I guess I chose not to." friggen idiots. formal complaint and all that but never go to key key keys keys of van nuys for audi anything...
