man who stands on toilet, high on pot.
woman who cooks carrots and peas in same pot very unsanitary.
you live, you die... no one lives forever, so get over it. people do what they want and they know the consequences... except for people driving home from work or whatever and get killed cuz of a street racer. thats just MESSED UP!
think about the people who suffer cuz you decided to drive fast or race on the street... what if you killed a single mom coming home from her 2nd job she has just to support her kids?! was that "her time to go"?!?!
I dont give a flying **** if you die racing or speeding, just do it on the track so you don't kill innocent people. Not like there isnt enough people going waaay too fast on the street already... we dont need anymore idiots on the road.

j/k, dont scam insurance. but if you were going to, thatd be the way to do it.
take it easy on the streets, go hard on the track.

Lets look at the big picture:
Do we choose our time of death, or is it pre-destined?
Do you guys believe in an after life?
Do we have absolute freedom in this country?
The well thought out answers to these questions, mainly the first two, will give way to a better debate of where, when, and how to drive fast. Thus getting rid of the insults and provocation I have read in the post.

People call Mark Foo the luckiest surfer ever for he died at the highest of all high points, slideing a huge wave at Mavericks. I have to agree. To die in a moment of Zen isn't truely dieing at all, it is trancending from one moment to another. A gental change of consiousness that is determined by, who really knows. For those of you who race the streets it can be the most intensly zen time in ones life as you become an extension of this wonderful piece of machinery. On the other hand, who gave you the right to determine the outcome of anothers life, one who may be cruisng the opposite direction. No moral here, just be reasonable I guess. Mark Foo had his life end under his circumstances, for that he is truely lucky. You, as a individual, have the right to determine your fate, no one elses

mark foo was from hawaii and only went there because mavricks had big waves and he was a big wave surfer im sure he would have rather died in the warm hawaiian water rather than the super cold

If you get a chance to go out doing what you love, you are blessed. Die in a WRX, pinto, Top feuler,or at Mavricks, Sunset, Wiamea, who cares? If you are raceing, surfing, playing fricking domino's, you are doing what you love. At least he didn't die from SARS or some bulsh*t stray bullet from a gangbangers gun. He had a smile on his face and in his heart until the end! Here's to all.
Drivin' fast on the street is not the smartest thing to do. And yes, I occasionally do it myself. If you want to get your groove on, go to a SOLO II event, pay a couple of bucks, meet some cool people and do it safely. Just my 0.02.....
