irock make a pretty good wireless keyboard + Mouse.

Yeah i've had that same problem.. that's why i switch to wired.
Wireless doesn't work during boot up so you can't do the F8 thing at start up.

 

there was a gig switch for like 16 bucks.. hRm...

yeah but thats retarded...its maybe 75* ambient and i need to put a fan on it?
even wired there is frequent disconnects so its just not wireless.
ive already gone thru 3 linksys routers in 2 years so if heat is killing them i need to buy something else
