i am not talking about hacking my phone. my phone is stock. i am talking about how it integrated with my computer. the day i got my phone just synced it and everything was on there that i needed. calenders, email, music, etc.. with one button it was all on there. no headache.

The iPhone's MobileSafari was the first of the mobile browsers that really tried to bring as much of the real Web to a small screen. (Though it still doesn't support some stuff, like Flash.)
well how is that bringing the real web when hte new hot sites are flash
i don't hate apple product, i'll recommend it to anyone that fits their need =oP they do love their product but most of them don't see out side the box.
my dad wanted to disowned me cuz i didn't buy a toyota =o/. still holds a grudge -__- that's until toyota own some stake in subaru.

its not that we dont see out of the box. it because most of us were once pc users. i use to hate macs. until i started using them for work. in graphic design its pretty much what the whole industry uses. once i started using them i started to see how much more i liked mac over pc.

i had mac way before i had pc i was sad i couldn't play games with my friends =o(
i guess where i'm confused what make iphone better than other touch screen smart phone for a typical user?
what do you use your phone for?
browse internet, call your friend, text message, send email, calender, picture message?
cuz all the iphone user seem to be all gaga about it and brag about how iphone is better.
if iphone is really a much better phone compare to than other smartphone out there i would totally get one.
yes toyota gets you from a to b.. but lexus has the amenity of a luxury car with leather seat, better interior equipment etc.
it all comes to a cost vs function trade off.

you can get an avalon w/ leather and better interior. but do you really need that to get to point b? do those features make the car drive better? no & no. might make the ride more comfy, but you could say the same about apple's UI and apps making it easier for the person to use the phone.
do you (and other apple haters) feel the same way about the people who buy gucci bags that hold a lipstick and 2 cards or rolex watches that only tell time? just asking.

eh.. i have a self-assembled PC, iphone and ipod. I have a Gen2 (dead battery) and a Gen4 ipod. I bought the iphone because AT&T gives 10%-15% discounts on the rate if you work for NG. This is also since our company has blocked almost all the sites now. All pic sites, all streaming movie and vid sites in addition to the ones that definitely need blocking (****, gambling, etc) . I like the QWERTY k/b of the bb curve better, but it doesn't really support pandora or any of the newer sites. This is in addition to the annoying trackball freeze and the fact that my contract was up 2 months ago.

you gotta give it to apple for figuring out a product that people want. 1 million sold in 3 days speaks for itself.
