the iPhone literally is the greatest phone made so far. although lacking in some features it is the phone all companies are trying to emulate. with out the iphone the cell phone industry would not be what it is now. so in fact the game is not over.

yes i did see that. i did say the iphone was lacking in some features. when the iPhone was announced it shocked the cell phone industry. there was no other phone like it. yes it didnt have copy and paste, but when it came out every phone manufacture was like oh **** we gotta step up our game.
even without key features the iphone still rock the whole industry. you have to admit that.

i dont know about you but the iphone was just advertised more to the us market there are plenty of phones better than the iphone but then again i was always a sonyericcson or nokia user.

then the korean came in to the picture with samsung and LG.
In that case blackberry is really the 1st most innovate phone that included features beside using the cell phone as just a phone.

only thing people maybe copy off the iphone is the style, everything else was already invented before the iphone. and that's the problem with iphoners.
"oh look htc has an only touch screen phone, stop jocking iphone."
"oh look those phone have icons now, stop jocking iphone."
"oh look those phone can make calls just like an iphone, such jockers"
i'll admit iphone is was an option for me to buy, but if this is what i am going sound like after i buy one, then i'll just scratch it off my list =oP. though i can't blame it since it helped make other company step up their game, but to say everyone trying to copy the iphone is absurd. the technology was there, just that they made it prettier that's all.
every phone has it's flaw, but for me i'll recommend iphone to other people if it fits their need but for iphone users, all they'll be like is "get the iphone it is god like. you can do cool stuff like check your facebook, update your twitter, and now you can MMS!!! and if you don't, i will look down upon you"

while PC user just buy a pc for the basic computer function.
for example
can a pc laptop do the same function as an apple laptop and vice versa?
browse internet, facebook, ****. what else do a typical computer user use their computer for?
What justifies the extra $1000 for an apple laptop?
can a samsung touch cell phone do the same function as iphone?
make calls, browse internet, twitter, gps etc.
what makes iphone better than let's say a samsung touch phone?
