does the sound get louder and faster with speed? do you have aftermarket wheels?

 

no it only doesnt at low speeds. and yes i have aftermarket wheels

 

it makes the sound with out brakes applied

 

maybe your brakepads are low?

 

re-torque your lugs?

 

check your brake pads and the rotor, my car was also making a rubbing noise. Checked the car and the pads are worn and have been digging into the rotor, so now I have to replace the rotor

 

I just replaced the pad like month. But I will check that out too.

 

did you ever figure out the problem? My car is making the same noise. It's usually pretty loud only after a long drive or if it's hot. I've replaced the pads, rotors, and even calipers and the sound is still there. There's no play in the wheel bearing either... I'm thinking it's either the wheel bearing (just not bad enough to feel any play) or the cv joint...
