I'm moving to the Torrance or Cerritos area within the next few months. Currently I have an invidia catless downpipe with straight piping and tanabe ultra medallion and I know no way in hell is my car gonna pass the smog checks there. I was wondering if there were any catted DPs and exhausts that would pass emissions smog tests? Thanks

What happens when cops pull you over and find out you dont have a cat? I hope its not bull**** like here where you have to have "recon". Or do you guys get hook ups for safety checks like we do in Hawaii?
