So i was told by the Help Desk girl that drinking black coffee on an empty stomach will give you an ulcer? I wonder if that is true because 3 cups of coffee is my everyday breakfast. :I

she's a nub if she say it causes ulcer.. i think it's just worsen it if you have ulcer.

well so is dark chocolate. It was proclaimed healthy not too long ago, but I don't pop a piece of hersheys dark chocolate whenever it is convenient..

 

Well I've cut back from 5 to 3 cups a day.

I'm working on it and switching it up with redbull
But sometimes before I run i drink a cup of coffee. It helps

 

is redbull better or worse than the coffee?
