Only in SoCal has semi drivers changed lanes forcing me to the shoulder, seen cars try to swerve through traffic so much that they lose control and spin out going straight, see people get on an empty freeway (I was the only one I could see in front of me and in my rear view mirror) at 1 AM, and go straight for the #1 lane.
And Rowland Heights, Hacienda Heights, Diamond Bar, Monterey Park, and most everywhere else in SoCal is any different?

Carpool lane for socal = active 24/7. Designated entry and exit regions.
Carpool lane for norcal = active only for peak times. 3pm-7pm
Socal = people move quickly. You get honked at for hesitating at a stop light when it turns green.
Norcal = people move wrecklessly. You have people who can't see over their steering wheel driving 55 in the fast lanes and the person next to them doing the same....
Don't cross double yellows (that is general knowlege).
