the HKS w up, dp is actually really quiet compared to some other exhausts. i met a guy who had this setup, compared to mine even with the silencer in and a catted dp, it was still much louder.

you are going to have to take off the FMIC for sure. just because the EVO has it stock does not make it legal on the wrx. anything intake related needs a CARB number, including the FMIC.
open BOVs are definitely emissions ILLEGAL as well.

geez.... doesn't everybody get it: any performance mod in your car is illegal by law... period. full stop.
when you do something to your car, you take the risks for it, including "harassment" by cops.

well, ok that's not true, you can still put a blower on a 69 Camaro, but forget about putting ANYTHING into a car that still has to pass smog. I blame the tree-huggers.
