In a Cupertino deal, House Foods America Corporation, on behalf of its Curry House Restaurants, inked a lease for 3k sf of retail/restaurant space within Cupertino's newest mixed-use/residential center, Civic Park, located at the wouthwest corner of De Anza Blvd and Rodrigues Ave. Curry House is scheduled to open in January 2008. This will be their first NoCal site, as their other eight locations are all positioned in Southern California. House Foods America is Japan's largest packager of spices as well as a manufacturer and seller of processed cooking preparations. Brokering the deal were Tenny Tsai and Allison Koo of NAI BT Commercial, on behalf of the tenant, along with Terranomics' Todd Oliver and Mike Costa, who repped the landlord, Civic Park Cupertino LLC.
