Well, spent all of the morning on my day off angry at alienware tech support. They sent over a new heat sink (for my overheating laptop) that was damaged in the mail and the tech support guy in some garbled english accent just seemed to mouth off like he was reading all of this procedural crap from a manual in front of him...

 

yea i hate tech support, i never call them.

ive been sleeping on my lunch hour this week

and today the guy taht sits next to me was on lunch teh same time i was

he was about 15 yards away and he said he could hear me snoring the whole time. it was loud he said he didnt have a problem hearing me hahahah
