what other floor jack would you recommand..
how many ton is suffient for normal use on our car?
i'm looking to invest in one.
preferably not too expensive
in the 60-100 dollar range.

$110 isn't bad for a Craftsman aluminum jack. Since each metric ton weighs approx. 2200 lbs, and the curb weight of our STIs are about 3264 lbs we would be in the clear with the weight limits of that jack. hmm, got me thinking since i've been looking for a good jack. i've had three cheapo ones in the past and all of them blew. they're all sitting in my garage collecting dust ever since.
