What about your third monitor? I have an iMac Intel running XP, eMac G4 running OS X and a PowerBook G4 running OS X. I have an excuse though, my work gave them to me. I only have the 3 monitors now but before I had 2 more monitors, I thought the radiation was going to kill me though so I got ride of them. Sometimes I bring in my XP Laptop for testing purposes but thats only once in a great while.
Anybody running multiple computers side by side should check out synergy, http://synergy2.sourceforge.net/ , it lets you use a single mouse and keyboard for multiple computers regardless of OS.

I just have my single computer with a two monitors attached. sometimes I have a laptop at the desk too.
That app looks kind of intersting, kind of like a vnc like thing but switching is more transparent to the user. KVMs can be a pain in the *** some times.
