Sorry about the grammar I am at work so I cant hang out in front of comp all day the guy that got tossed out of the car came to as his buddy climbed up the hillside I told him not to move I asked him if he could move and feel his legs he moved them and said was he going to be in trouble, I almost laughed this guy is laying face down on apile of rocks on the side of 300 foot cliff after getting thrown out of a car and hes worried about getting in trouble. The camera was running when it happened but was out of its field of vision I did pull the camera out once the rescue chopper showed up I will bring the tape to this weekends event I did get some pretty good shots of him laying there and how far down he fell, if any one wants to see just look for the guy in the silver focus.

I sent this person an email in regards to the accident. He has video of the after math. Not the Accident.
Jorge I'm going to try and arrange a meeting so you can thank this guy for helping. If he was anything like John he would just drove away, but instead he pulled over to help out.

The cops found my digital camera. The camera has footage of me going really fast, then slowing down for Jeremie to catch up.
The cops where pressuring Jeremie to confess that he was "racing" Jeremie keept on saying that he wasnt. Witch is true.
The camera should have 2 vids. One is going up to GMR and the 2nd one "witch im not sure if the camera even saved" is where he flew off.
Now my question is. Am I ****et? If so whats going to happend to me? revoket license/suspended, car impounded, or ticket for "racing" or recless driving?
Cops thinks that he was racing me wich is intirely not true.

Hey George,
I'm the guy that was in the car with Jeremie, "the passenger". My side of the story:
We got up the gmr at the the midpoint, not the top part where it's blocked off. I got out of George's car and into Jeremies with the camera. I snapped pics as Georged had asked, shot about 6-8 pics of just going up, I think most of them had the 240 in them.
We got to the top, we all got out of the cars, I got back into jeremies car and held the camera to the ceiling so I could look at the road and guide Jeremie for any problems. The camera was recording the whole time from when I opened Jeremies car door to the crash.
We took off and George was leading and hauling *** haha, Jeremie was pissed and very determined to catch up and ended up pushing the car WAY over it's limit.
About the 3rd turn into the top section we spun out and the car dipped into the little ridget of dirt and went over the cliff.
Jeremie hit the windshield wipers like he was some pro rally driver hahaha( have no idea what windshield wipers do in a crash situation). I grabbed onto the Coat hanger thing on the cieling and put my left hand somewhere around the e-brake, pushed my feet all the way in.
The car tumbled...tumbled...tumbled and glass shattered, luckily my window was rolled completley down so I didn't have a single scratch on my face.
The car stopped tumbling and I my seatbelt was very tense, I unclipped it and got out of the car.
I wondered where the camera was and saw the empty case on the ground, almost picked it up but realized it had nothing in it so I said forget it. I looked at the driver seat and Jeremie was missing so I'm wondering where he is.
I started walking back to the mountain and glanced at the front of the car, saw anti-freeze spewing out of a steamed engine, the car is totaled.
Jeremie was about 20 feet in front of the car, face down, unconcious, had about a 2 inch gash on his forehead dripping blood. I assumed he was dead, but as I got closer I saw he was breathing very hard.
Wasn't sure if anyone saw what happened so I climbed the hill. It was mostly dry brush and very hard to grip but I made about 80% before I had to stop and rest. I saw the guy that posted on nabisco or naiosac and he said stay were you are but I knew I could make it to the top, it would be easier in an ambulance then air lifted.
I called on my phone but the operators were buisy, I gave my phone to george and sat down against his car, drank water but threw it up a bit later. George got in touch with 911 I told them Jeremie's condition.
They asked if he had his seatbelt on, I was pretty sure he would have it on, but seeing how he was ejected and I wasn't I'm assuming he got bothered by it tensing up when driving so he probably unclipped it and forget to re attach it.
The ambulance came and examined me, I told them I was fine but since I'm a minor I had to ride in the garney and get test run. I got out of the hospital at 6 p.m. with a very swollen right arm and a few cuts and one bump on my head.
