does anyone work out at a bally's?
this is what i recommend: when your eating a meal eat half of what you usually eat.
the abs exercise for upper abs:
normal sit up or machines that targets it
the obliques or the love handles:
and the lower abs

and don't forget to run... that is required to lose the beer gut

If u can get on the stepper do that for cardio, that's shock therapy for your body and the hardest, with proper diet and that badboy u will get results in 3 mons going 5 days a week 30 min on it.
