It depends what year you have.... 02-04 you can put one of those tapes in and run the wire through the inside of the stereo and have the plug coming out by the ash tray...
If you have an 05-06, there is a mod you can do by getting some cords from radio shack and get crazy with some soldering. The thing with that is it will play through the cd so you have to record a cd of complete silence and play the ipod over that, otherwise youll get the music from a cd and ipod coming out at the same time. A company makes a plug and play harness to do just that but its a rip off at ~$100.
IMO I would get a new head unit with aux and it will sound way better than the stock head unit.
