Daily Driver Mods

I have an 02 wrx and I am stacking miles on it like crazy. I want to mod it but I dont know if it is worth it for the miles I drive (about 400miles per week). Here are the options I am contemplating:

1. Slightly mod the car and continue to use it as a daily driver,
2. buy a honda crx use it as the daily driver while parking the WRX and modding the hell out of it or,
3. leave the wrx as is and enjoy it as a daily driver.

I feel like 2 would be the most fun (OBVIOUSLY), but if I went with number 1, what mods would you suggest?

Keep in mind that I work graveyard so I NEVER hit traffic, 37 miles to work one way to work, and I can't afford to mod the car then have problems later due to the mods (if I keep it as a daily driver).

You can do a lot of mods to your car while keeping it reliable.

Depends on what you feel are performance mods?
-suspension, wheels, brakes
-engine stuff, pulleys, down-pipe, up-pipe, exhaust, larger intercooler, EBC

Here's a pic of my Daily driver 48 miles each day and the car has been like this for over 2 years

its not a wrx

Awesome, thanks. Maybe I will save the money on the crx and get some rims and tires.

I want to go to one of the life plaza meetings but I work graveyard. Maybe we can meet up at another event.

Yeah get some wheels and tires first see how you like that first. Then get some upgraded suspension, bushings, sway bars.

You work graveyard on Sunday Nights?

Yep, from 10:30pm -> 9:30 am, sunday night thru wednesday night. 4x10 rocks. graveyard is good for my school schedule. Hard to adjust at first, but im 6 months into it and im used to it.

There's an Huntington Beach meet coming up this Friday I believe(first Firday of the Month right?) Starts at around 8pm. I'll be there to show my support. Its a Suby plus everything else meet.
