Deng Xiao Ping:
Deng Xiao Ping will be fondly remembered in the West as the man who brought China back from the turmoil of the Cultural Revolution, who restored stability and who brought great economic advancement to that troubled country.
Basically, former Chairman of China.

He discovered butter is not butta, but he didn't believe it at first.
3.4 GPA throughout his excellent college career.

I voted for Deng and Mao as well.
Even though Mao never brush his teeth, he was still capable of leading a million China men and march toward the west along the Great wall.
