what would we have to look for who are you buying it off of and when is the deadline

Not really a dealine right now. I just want to make sure the motor is complete and this guy is not trying to rip me off. Its someone from Nasioc but he is a new memeber. I just wanted someone in his area to check it out from me.
If its out of your way you wouldnt have to. It would just be a favor.
