Alignment

I had a question for you guys/gals that are in the San Diego area. Where do you guys take your car to get an alignment at? Any 04 wrx owners gotten this done after they lowered and got new wheels? I lowered my 04 wrx sedan with Eibach springs and got a set of 18 wheels. Now my car pulls to the right a little bit. I went to a place in Chula Vista call Van's Alignment&Brakes. They said its gonna run be about 190 to get the 4 wheels aligned. According to the alignment machinethis is what my camber settings are my left front is at -0.8, my right front is at -0.7, my left rear is at -1.5 and my right rear is at -1.6.

Sorry for the long post. Also, it seems to me that every place i took my car to go get align they said that they dont have the right alignment settings for the 04 yet. Do the alignment settings change from year to year?
