Aftermarket exhaust manifold vs. extrude hone stock

I'm considering doing one of these two options. Which would you do?

I have the Gruppe-S after market exhaust manifold on my WRX, and I'm happy with it. Also not a bad price. Not too sure what the hone one is...but I'm pretty sure I don't care too...lol but nah, like I said the gruppe-s one is treatin me right. Not sure what difference it makes on an STi cause I don't own one..

So my vote was for the aftermarket one..
Hope this helps you out.

Ben

I'm trying to get the best low end while not sacrificing too much top end. Also, keeping the engine bay looking stock if possible. If it matters I have a vf35, up, tbe, and supporting mods.

I know aftermarkets are a lot lighter since it's stainless vs cast iron. Also, I'm going to get whichever manifold swaintech coated (if you don't know, one of the better ceramic coatings)

If you get the aftermarket coated it should retain enough heat so you will not notice any lag.
