04 STi just moved from hawaii! new to LA

04 STi just moved from hawaii! new to LA
and already slapped with a MODIFIED EXHAUST fix-it ticket!
so if anyone can help me out, i dont really know much subies out here yet.
i guess my hawaii plates were a give away for the cops, not to mention i have a blitz nur spec, i know i was askin for a ticket!
if anyone has a STOCK EXHAUST that would fit an 04 STI, i am willing to rent/borrow, or even buy them (although the plan is after smogging and clearing the ticket, i plan on reinstalling my nurspec)
i also have an aftermarket dp without a cat, would i need a stock dp to pass smog? any of ya'll have experience with this?

Hey, I'm surprised that you didn't show the cop your bill of lading while stating that you JUST go to CA and haven't had a chance to get things done to your car yet. DMV says you have like, thirty days to sort out smog, registration, pink slip, etc.
