Question about EcuTek

I've been wondering about how the built in adaptability of the stock ECU works with the multiple maps of an EcuTek reflash. I've got 2 maps in my car, a high boost and a low boost. Does the stock ECU apply the tricks it learns to both maps? Or does each map learn it's own set of tricks?

Ask Nate@S-Squared to call EcuTek. I racked my brain and I can't recall hearing about that one way or the other.
